Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently situated, close to London Bridge station and surrounded by trendy shops, bars, and eateries. The rooms were a bit small for a family and needed some sprucing up, but the cleanliness was acceptable. The service was really amazing and the staff dealt with our complaint effectively. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a large selection but sometimes chaotic service.
The hotel rooms were spotless and equipped with everything we needed, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very tasty and set us up for the day. However, sharing a room is not ideal for my sister and me. The hotel had everything we required but the notion of sharing a room was ridiculous.
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen, which was a great perk for my family of four. I liked the separate lounge area, especially when traveling with children. However, the broken TV and the absence of hand soap were not ideal.
The hotel offers spacious rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities for comfortable living, even bigger than shown in the photos. The rooms are well-furnished, featuring Bluetooth connectivity, and with ample space for a small kitchen. The service is friendly and helpful, although there were minor delays in attending to requests like emptying the rubbish bin. The location is ideal, close to key transportation hubs like Tower Station for easy access to shopping areas and attractions, including Tower Bridge and London Bridge. The dining experience offers a good variety of food and drinks, with some delays due to understaffing during peak hours. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained and cater to diverse needs.
The hotel is really well-equipped with amenities like a dishwasher, microwave/oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, two TVs, and a coffee maker, which is quite impressive for a London hotel. However, the rooms are on the smaller side, and the fire alarm going off twice during the night was unsettling.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The one-bedroom apartment was in an excellent location and had a hob and oven, perfect for dining in. The service was exceptional, with the receptionist handling all issues efficiently.
